I think there is nothing to be resolved until the Mullahs regime continues to be in power in Iran ,as the main goal of the administration in Mullahs authority is meddling in others affair and oppression of people for 38 years as it is known for everyone.

Rouhani’s Reelection Solves Nothing

ALI SAFAVI is a member of Iran's Parliament in Exile and the National Council of Resistance of Iran. He was active in the anti-Shah student movement in the 1970s. Since then, he has been involved in Iranian affairs and has lectured and written extensively on issues related to Iran, Iraq, terrorism, nuclear proliferation, and the political process in the Middle East.
Usually, the hope is that after an election a country can move forward, the new leader’s agenda bolstered by a popular mandate. That is not the case with Iran. Hassan Rouhani’s second term as president was far from a win for Iran’s economy, Iran’s international standing, and certainly not for Iran’s people.
